(1) The appellant, William Edward Hall, filed this appeal from a decision of the Court of Chancery holding him in contempt for failing to account for and remit funds he received as the administrator of the estate of James P. Hall. The appellee, Suzanne Seubert, Esquire, has filed a motion to affirm the Court of Chancerys judgment on the ground that it is manifest on the face of the appellants opening brief that the appeal is without merit. We agree and affirm.
