will dated December 8, 1955, which was duly admitted to probate,
and the Fourth National Bank and Trust Company of Wichita,
Kansas, was appointed executor. The husband of the testatrix had
died on June 30, 1955, leaving to testatrix the portion of the
assets now included in her estate. The testatrix left no spouse
or children surviving.
