The opinion of the court was delivered by In this appeal and cross-appeal we are called upon to review
the district court's construction of an antenuptial agreement and
the application thereof to the estate of Lucile Hanson Taylor,
deceased, who entered into the agreement with Ernest C. Taylor on
November 23, 1955. They were married the following day. Mrs. Taylor died on February 1, 1966. She left a will, dated
February 22, 1962, in which the appellants and cross-appellees,
her four children by a previous marriage, were designated
legatees and devisees. Mr. Taylor did not consent to the will.
